Baked olive and bacon rolls
Perfect as an appetizer for parties or for a family Sunday lunch. Quick and tasty, it is an amuse-bouche suitable for all occasions. When baked in the oven, the grilled bacon brings out the full flavor of the olives.

Ingredients:
- 8 thin slices of bacon
- 24 La Rocca pitted black olives
- Almonds in slices
- 8 cocktail sticks
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Heat the olives in the oven in warm water for a few minutes. Drain and dry gently.
3. On a cutting board, arrange the 8 slices of bacon then fill each slice with 3 olives and a few flakes of almonds, roll up and secure the roll with a cocktail stick.
4. Prepare a baking tray by covering it with baking paper. Arrange the rolls on the baking tray and put in the oven.
5. Cook for 8-10 minutes and serve shortly after. It is a perfect appetizer and ideal paired with a glass of chilled wine.
