Description

Caper is a small aromatic plant typical of the Mediterranean and sun-kissed islands. Its buds, already very  tasty, are prepared in salt and used to garnish many dishes: from salads to pasta to pizza, focaccia and courses of meat and fish, giving a unique flavor to every dish. La Rocca guarantees the selection of the best capers by using soft and intense green buds. Capers are preserved simply thanks to salt without the addition of preservatives to ensure their freshness and authenticity.
