Description

The baked Itrana olive is a traditional recipe from the Naples area that is typically eaten at Christmas. Over the years however, it has become a popular delicacy to enjoy all year long and is ideal for aperitifs or as a savoury snack.

Ingredients

Olives, dried lemon, salt, oregano, lemon flavored sunflower seed oil, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
