Description

This is one of the most popular and symbolic olives of Salento. Cultivated and used in ancient times, the Cellina olive was first valued by the Romans who exported its oil to the East, which was then shared further by the Saracens who called it ‘Saracena.’

Olives, salt, mix of spices and aromatic plants (in varying proportions), sunflower seed oil.
