Description

The Itrana olive, baked and seasoned with orange zest, is a typical recipe of the Roman tradition. Over the years it has become a popular and appreciated recipe throughout Italy. It is ideal for aperitifs or as an appetiser and is great for enhancing the flavour of stewed meat dishes.

Ingredients

Olives, salt, dried orange, chilli powder, sunflower seed oil flavoured with orange, acidity regulator: lactic acid. preservative: sorbic acid.
